Detoxify Toxins
I’ve read that blood and lymph toxins are the cause of acne, and that a certain diet can fix it. Any info?
o.k., A reasercher wrote an article stating that the root cause of acne was in the fact that the liver (which detoxifies the body) can be overwhelmed with hormones due to the lack of “prostaglandins”. These are supposedly the regulators that detoxify the hormones running in the body. He also mentioned that a certain diet could be used in order to balance the hormones and increase prostaglandins. Has anyone ever herad this and found any additional information?
The case you metioned(rather that researcher mentioned) could possibly be the cause but this fact is not yet Medically established.
Acne is mostly inherited, its simply the way your body is coping with your sex hormones.
Only caffine(in tea and coffee) is considered as a substance which may inrease Acne. As for the diet which decreases Acne ….. yes there is…. Fasting would help. give it a try.
One more thing… Drinking a lot of water also helps. And remember Washing your face excessively with any soap or any facewash only increases Acne.Better wash the face only twice with soap and rest of the times, just water would do.
