Health Advice
Can anyone give me an advice on doing a public health MSc?
I have a law degree with science electives and am currently working in a public health dept as a temporary PA to the director. I was thinking about going back to uni to study social work or dietetics but now I’m thinking about public health. Any advice……….?
Most of the Public Health M Sc courses can be done part time.
Being a PA in the PH dept is not actually doing PH work.
While studying I recommend doing Care Working, Social Care Assistant, Housing Officer, Drug and Alcohol Care Worker etc.
Apart from the post of Regional Director of PH there is now no requirement to have a medical degree any more
