Fruit Cordial
Supercook vegi-gel, what do i add it to to make jelly?
I want to make some veggie Jelly and have bought some vegi-gel stuff which looks like granuals and i guess its pectin based.
How do i use it to set Jelly.
I’m thinking of adding it to squash ( cordial ) , fruit juice , liquidised fruit……but have no clue what to do.
Good answers so far, thanks. I particularly like any dessert recipe that says it serves 6-8 people 
Vegetarian Society have a recipe for fruit jelly using agar-agar (link below). I guess it would work in the same way using the Vegi-gel.
I used to get packets of vegetarian crystals from Holland & Barrett, have you tried those? They may no longer be available, I haven’t used them for ages.
